Client: A West Coast State Government

Marketing Goal: Capture meaningful data from Auto Safety Inspection “fail then pass” citizens for Federal and State “Clean Air” Efforts.

Methodology: Six months of data was pulled, DNC scrubbed (as a courtesy only), and then called for non-compensated participation in a 53 question survey. Multi-language Telemarketing Service Reps placed the outbound calls so that data from major ethnicities was included.

Result: The project came in under budget and ahead of schedule. The data is currently under review in Committee.
