Client: Nationwide Fitness Chain

Marketing Goal: Provide help desk and tech support service to support the roll out of a browser based software application to 100,000’s of members nationwide.

Methodology: Two help desk applications were deployed: one serving trainers in software installation/use and one serving actual users. The help desk was required to bridge the gap between callers with a technical background and callers with little or no computer experience.

Result: One call resolution 99.5%
